Business Mail

Business mail is a valuable asset to your current e-mail facilities and is mainly used by small business who cannot afford or do not wish to spend a lot of money on the implementation, configuration and management of extra servers. Business mail serves as a fallback server which keeps your e-mail ready for delivery if your company server is unavailable. All mail is kept on queue and will be sent to your server once it is available.

Besides serving as fallback solution, it has been performing excellent as a frontend relay server. At the moment, providers take precautions to limit the amount of spam sent on their networks by blocking out port 25. This makes it impossible to receive e-mail if your company server is located in your own company building. The frontend server can relay mail to your company server on a different port, which makes the implementation of Exchange within your company easy and profitable.

Our business mail service has only one condition. Your provider must allow your e-mail to be sent through servers from Sensson. This is almost always possible. If you aren't sure, please contact our customer service. They will investigate if business mail is available for you. You can also contact your hosting provider if this isn't Sensson.

Pricing and invoices

You will receive a monthly invoice for all services provided by Sensson. Invoice specifications are availabe online through the Online Account Manager. This invoice can be accessed unlimited times, giving you a clear overview of your monthly expenses with Sensson.
